Our client has identified an excellent opportunity for an ECO Administrator to join their team based at their Garforth Office.
Working with the Office Manager/Branch Manager, the Eco Administrator will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective support of the business unit and work as part of an administration team that works to strict deadlines.
Daily roles and responsibilities will include;
• Typing letters/reports, producing mail merges, supporting key business functions to ensure branch targets and objectives are met
• Recording daily/weekly productivity and collating month end information using web-based database
• Maintaining and updating internal and external databases and manual filing systems ensuring accuracy and good housekeeping at all times
• Creating spreadsheets as requested by Office Manager/Branch Manager ensuring accuracy at all times
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate should have previous experience of working in a busy office environment and ideally within a similar role. Additionally, you will possess the following skills;
• A minimum of five years administrative experience & previous use of electronic databases/online systems for updating information and tracking progress of projects/operation is essential
• Programming and planning experience is desirable
• Be IT literate with experience working with Microsoft Office applications; including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and confidence to communicate information clearly and precisely at various levels of the organisation
• Highly motivated and willing to ensure the job is carried out consistently to strict reporting timeframes
• A fundamental understanding of how the ECO industry with a keen eye for detail is desirable but not essential
