Due to constant growth and success within the company, our client is now looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to take on the role of Help Desk Support at their office in Chelford

The ideal candidate will have:

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Customer service experience.

·       A friendly manner in person and on the telephone.

·       The ability to problem solve by asking precise questions to ascertain the issue.

·       Excellent organisational and time management skills.

·       Familiarity with the fundamentals of a busy office.

Requirements:

·       NVQ Customer Service preferred.

Salary:  £16,000, reviewable after 3 months based on performance
