COMMERCIAL PAINT SPRAYER

40 hours pw Mon – Fri (Overtime available)

Our client is looking for a motivated commercial painter/sprayer to join their expanding team. Candidates should be experienced with all technical aspects of the paint process and have the ability to communicate at all levels of the refinish department. Efficient time planning would be require.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparing composite panels ready for painting, to customer specification
• Finishing components to a very high standard
• Maintinaing a clean and tidy workstation
• Checking finished jobs, as part of quality control
• Familiar with composite repair techniques

PERSONAL SPECIFICATION:

• A can do approach, positive attitude and the ability to identify solutions to problems
• Be relentless in exceeding customer expectations and continually exceeding goals
• A commitment to achieving the best solutions
• Flexible attitude is essential
• May be required to work extended hours, shifts or weekends
• Naturally well organised individual
• Able to follow set processes and procedures and achieve defined standards to target time
• Strictly adhere to Company Health & Safety policies
