Health-On-Line has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Quality Assessor to join the team based in Bournemouth on a full time, permanent basis with a highly competitive salary of £17,000 negotiable depending on experience.

We now have the opportunity within our Compliance department for a Customer Service Quality Assessor to join our team due to the continuing growth of our business. You will be providing quality assurance across the sales, claims and customer service departments.

You will be working in an open plan contact centre environment. Our opening hours are between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. You will be contracted to work a 35 hour week, working various shifts within these times.

What we’ll expect from our Customer Service Quality Assessor

- Complete quality assurance of calls and emails of customer facing staff

- Identify and report unethical, illegal or improper conduct when conducting quality assurance activities

- Update systems, e.g. LIMA, providing concise and accurate reporting when undertaking quality assurance activities on customer facing staff

- Communicate effectively with people from other areas regarding compliance and/or quality assurance issues

- Assist in the resolution of compliance and/or quality assurance problems following appropriate internal processes

- Team working - ability to work as part of a team collaborating with others to achieve common goals

- Provide constructive support and feedback to others

- Provide mentoring support to new starters

- Support company goals by the achievement of key performance indicators as agreed with the Quality Assurance Team Manager.
