The Company:

Main duties:
To provide the highest standard of Customer Service in a leading position

The Role:
- To ensure professional interaction with customers at all times and follow the company guidelines
- To provide clients with accurate information
- To liaise with the Account Managers for any queries or support required with new and existing customers
- To provide administrative support for field-based account team
- To make appropriate decisions regarding scheduled dates, transport methods in order to support order fill process
- To managing projects assigned by team manager
- To training new members of staff

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & German (written & spoken) – Essential
- IT literate (Outlook, Excel, Internet…)
- Previous experience in customer service role in a service environment preferable
- Previous experience with SAP systems desired
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail
- Excellent writing abilities
- Able to work independently with initiative and drive
- Proactive approach & customer-focused

Salary:
up to £24.000 p.a. + benefits
