As the Customer Experience Manager, it’s your job to lead from the front, ensuring that we create an engaging environment for not only our customers, but the retailers and colleagues that help make SouthGate a destination for all.

It’s a fun vibrant environment and there’s lots of variety. You’ll work hard, sharing your knowledge with customers and retailers alike and collaborating with all to help keep SouthGate ahead of its competitors. You’ll need to work well in a team or on your own, and be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as social events organiser or Duty Manager.

Description

Within this diverse role, you will be required to;

  • Be responsible for using research and insight to understand customer segments, building deep personas and driving insight to understand the needs and wants
  • Work with colleagues to develop and implement processes to seed the most relevant content and experience
  • Be highly proactive in spotting opportunities and developing commercial benefit for core business - development of monthly performance reporting within the team
  • Identify, measure the effectiveness and plan for the key touch point in the different customer segments
  • Have previous experience delivering customer experience programmes across B2B and B2C
