PA to CEO

This company specialise in all aspects of online marketing, website and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries.
The scope of the position is to provide a first class PA service to the CEO.

Job tasks
- Administrative responsibilities: answering correspondence, filing, preparing all business documents (contracts, memorandums, etc.) directly for the CEO.
- Dealing with the CEO's personal tax return - collating information for the accountant
- Organising internal and external meetings including agenda creation, minute taking when required.
- Responsible for the day to day running of the CEO's personal diary and family.
- Domestic and international travel arrangements including monitoring of frequent traveller memberships for CEO
- Client relations; first point of contact, travel arrangements, hotel bookings etc.
- Assisting with ensuring the office is maintained
- Line management of Housekeeping staff
- Assist the CEO in dealing with both business and personal items
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a similar position
- A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage Line 50 and Outlook is essential in this role
- Must be available to contact outside of business hours to take care of various business and/or personal items for the CEO
- Must be patient, friendly, approachable and professional at all times
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly organised, disciplined and good time management skills
- Able to work on own initiative and can be relied on to work unsupervised
- Must work well under pressure
- Able to act with discretion and deal with matters of a confidential nature with clients and managers
- Calm and confident manner and with great attention to detail
