As winners of the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and Tech Track 100, with almost 20 years of operation behind them, they are now in a phase of rapid expansion and seek talented individuals to join their award winning team.??????An opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join us to gather numerical data and then presenting the information to make sense of quantitative data and to spot trends??????

You will be expected to undertake some or all of the following:

-Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
-Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment
-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
-Set up interviews and issue relevant correspondence

What you need:
-Strong administration skills
-Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office
-A high level of confidentiality
-Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-The flexibility and willingness to learn
-To enjoy working with people
-Tact and diplomacy
-Good administrative skills
-The ability to work as part of a team
-The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail???
