Salary Range: Up to £49k

Proven knowledge of the retail refrigeration engineering services sector.
Technically competent with all refrigeration plant and systems
* Commercial Awareness

Key responsibilities and duties:
* Operational Delivery
Proactively operates each contract and relationship to meet the requirements and objectives of the client and our business.
Ensures that the delivery teams operate at all times in accordance with current Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
* Managing Quality
Responsible for the quality of each contract by ensuring all practices and participants conform to agreed standards and
processes.
* Managing People
Manages the contract team and constantly improves the quality, performance and inter-working of the business.
* Managing Relationships
Proactively manages the operational delivery of each contract in partnership with the customer and manages the relationship within the Business and Client as required.
