Job Description:
The Compliance Delivery Manager is responsible to the National Compliance Manager for the safe and cost effective planning of the work and management of the Case Maintenance teams. They are to ensure the effective supervision of the teams in support of all relevant Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Practice as part of the overall Refrigeration Contract. They are to attend regular reviews of best practices, cost and performance with the National Compliance Manager. They are to work closely and professionally with the National Compliance Manager to ensure safety, quality, performance and excellent Customer Service is evident all times and be available to work Non-Core Hours as required.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Compliance Delivery Managers main areas of responsibility are to ensure all aspects of Case Maintenance is delivered to the highest of standards, within Health, Safety and Environmental Legislation and within set budgets. Key responsibilities are;

* Line Manager for Compliance Managing Engineers
* Delivery of programme against plant, working closely with Compliance Managing Engineer regarding resource issues
* The manager responsible for the approval of overtime to meet the needs of the program and our business
* Support to the Compliance Managing Engineer for all performance and welfare related matters
* Compliance with administrative processes and supporting documentation
* Effective management of Labour, Parts, Materials and Tools in accordance to budget
* Quality management and continue improvement in performance, process and procedures
* Regularly hold and lead Team Meetings for all Managing Engineers, Engineers and Operatives
* The reporting of additional works required to support maintenance activities

Proven knowledge of the Refrigeration Case Maintenance sector and the changing expectations of our client base

Builds a long lasting relationship and partnership with Clients and peers within the Business. Manages Supplier relationships in a professional manner ensuring they are in tune with the Business expectations
