JOB TITLE: Deputy Home Manager/Registered General Nurse
SALARY: Up to GBP37,000 per annum
BENEFITS: Pay enhancements for length of service, DBS paid for by the company, NMC registration fees paid, support with revalidation and CPD, good mandatory & clinical training opportunities.

THE COMPANY: Our client is a 40 bed purpose built care home in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees which is home to adults who need short or long term expert residential or skilled nursing care.
The home strives to provide the very best health care in a safe, friendly and compassionate environment, fulfilling the needs of their residents, as well as their family members.
They are currently looking for a Deputy Home Manager/Registered General Nurse to join their friendly team.
THE ROLE: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Manager or Registered Nurse to take the next step in their career. You will join a friendly and welcoming 40 bed care home based in Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees. You will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager with the general running of the home, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Home Manager/Registered General Nurse role to include:-
• Assisting the Home Manager and providing cover for holidays
• Assisting with audits
• Overseeing the Senior Care Assistants, Care Assistants and Domestic staff
• Providing a high standard of care to all residents, in line with CQC standards
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will be an experienced RGN or RMN with NMC registration. You should be highly motivated, able to work under pressure and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
Essential criteria for the Deputy Home Manager/Registered General Nurse role:
• Experienced RGN or RMN
• NMC registered
• A good understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
• Able to work 1 in 2 weekends
