Our client is part of a global company that provides innovative software and services to recruitment firms. They are now looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join their enthusiastic team. 

Within a sociable and vibrant environment, you’ll receive ongoing guidance, support and training to enable you to grow your abilities and realise your true potential. 

As a Telemarketing Executive, you’ll provide a high level of support to our client’s Sales and Marketing operation.

In this fast-moving role, you’ll follow up on company campaigns and make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective recruitment companies. Quickly building rapport, you’ll identify their contacts, market sector, size and product range. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Passing validated leads to the Senior Sales Team 
- Understanding prospects’ needs and identifying products that best meet their requirements 
- Collating information for targeted email campaigns 
- Increasing the quality and maintain the size of the database 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need previous B2B telemarketing experience. An inquisitive mindset and great interpersonal and communication skills are also key. 

Results-driven and resilient, as a Telemarketing Executive, you will need strong rapport-building skills, an excellent telephone manner and a positive team player mentality. 

Previous experience gained within the recruitment industry would be beneficial to your application, but is by no means essential.
