The Company:
Our client is a well-established international company.

Main duties:
To provide sales Administration and customer support for European customers (as well as customers outside Europe).

The Role:
- To deal with customers queries over the phone, by emails, letters etc.
- To provide customer care
- To process orders and arrange shipment.
- To update the clients details accurately
- To liaise with purchasing regarding shipments, forecasting and stock availability.
- To handle customers complaints and resolve the issues in an effective and professional manner
- To update the website with new products
- To translate documents when required
- To liaise with internal departments (warehouse, sales, accounts etc.)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and French (Written and Spoken)
- Previous experience in Customer Service/ Sales Administration role
- Team player and able to work on your own
- Problem solver
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: £18K - £21K (Depending on Experience) + Benefits
