Our client is a well renowned Department Store in Ballater and right now they are currently recruiting for Managerial positions.
Managerial Staff should be results driven & able to support the overall store management whilst the Store Manager is out of the business. The successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
The preferred candidates would ideally have-
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and rapport building skills
- Good people management skills
- Hands-on leadership skills
- High energy and a passion for the industry
- Retail management experience is desirable
