6-month contract with view to permanent employment

This is exciting times for the company as they continue to grow and help increasing numbers of customers establish their presence on the internet from their UK data centre in Leeds.

To fulfil their growth plans they are currently seeking a Software Engineer / API Developer / Programmer / Integrator on a 6 -month contract, although for an exceptionally strong candidate, a permanent position may be offered at the outset.

The role
The role is to integrate their billing platform (SAGE Line 50) into WHMCS and produce WHMCS modules to facilitate the ordering and billing of new products. Other responsibilities of the Web Developer / Programmer include:

• Two way synchronisation of Sage Line 50 and WHMCS.
• WHMCS module production and integration into third party platforms via XML, REST, SOAP etc.
• WHMCS module production and integration into Radius, Web Site Panel and HELM.

What you’ll need
• Considerable experience in scripting, WHMCS and system integration.
• Proven experience in APIs, XML, SOAP or other dynamic web technologies (C++ perhaps).
• Strong technical knowledge of Linux / *nix based operating systems and underlying components such as Apache, MySQL, Exim, DNS etc.
