Sitting within “Infrastructure as a Service” (IaaS) brand based in Maidenhead Berkshire, we are delighted to offer an exciting position at one of the UK’s leading hosting companies. We provide world-class hosting infrastructure to our clients, for them to provision and support their own hosting applications. 

The Technical Customer Services Executive Role:

The core within the IaaS brands of the group is the technical customer services team. This team liaise with customers and technicians to assist customers with a range of requests, from technical queries regarding a wide range of services (networking and infrastructure) through to helping with billing and planning scheduled maintenance and upgrades. As part of this team, you will handle phone calls and tickets with customers and aim to solve their problems, applying technical and commercial awareness to help maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and growth of the customer base.

Succession paths from this role are to junior solutions architects, technical account managers, and technical business development roles. 

What it takes:

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

+ Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills
+ An adaptable approach to cater for a wide client base (predominantly SMEs)
+ A strong interest in how technology is utilised by businesses across the UK
+ Mindset and a willingness to learn.
+ Willing to embark on a career in technology and learn about hosting infrastructure, the public cloud
+ A strong ability to think outside the box to solve client’s problems
+ Fantastic communication skills, through written and spoken English
+ A hunger and drive to drive customer satisfaction as part of a key team within the business
+ Enjoys being part of a high-performing team
