Job Title: Self Employed - Experienced Mortgage Adviser

Location: Hammersmith, London

Working Hours: Working hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays

Salary / OTE: Trainee - Year 1 OTE of circa £40,000+ pa

Experienced - Year 1 OTE of circa £60,000 - £100,000 pa

Year 2 £100K+ Potential OTE to grow to £150K / £200K

Our client is one of the Top Mortgage practices within one of the UK’s largest networks of financial services firms. They are a well-established and highly respected firm across Central London. They are the preferred Mortgage Broker for numerous prestigious estate agencies and high-end property developers across London; with average mortgage values of £390,000 and many in 7 figures.

Furthermore, they have a reciprocal referral arrangement in place with one of the foremost financial adviser firms in London; therefore provide clients with a truly holistic wealth management service.

They are seeking dynamic individuals to join their existing team of 30 Mortgage and Protection Advisers and full team of 40 working out of their office in Hammersmith

If you are looking for a more challenging role with corresponding rewards to match, this could be the right role for you. Our client will provide you with a substantial flow of leads from their professional connections and deliver second to none product / sales training to enable your continued professional development. You should rapidly progress your pipeline of business to achieve personal earnings of £5/10K per month and within a year / 18 months £10/15K+ per month.

Working within a large open plan office you will be part of a highly successful and professional team who regularly meet socially engendering excellent team spirit.

Essential Requirements:         

• Full CeMAP or equivalent
• Proven track record in a sales environment
