Job Title: Self Employed - Experienced Protection Adviser
Location: Hammersmith, London
Working Hours: Working hours Monday to Friday and some Saturdays
Salary / OTE: Experienced - Year 1 OTE of circa £60,000 - £100,000 pa
Year 2 £100K+ Potential OTE to grow to £150K / £200K
Our client is one of the Top Mortgage practices within one of the UK’s largest networks of financial services firms. They are a well-established and highly respected firm across Central London. They are the preferred Mortgage Broker for numerous prestigious estate agencies and high-end property developers across London; with average mortgage values of £390,000 and many in 7 figures.
Furthermore, they have a reciprocal referral arrangement in place with one of the foremost financial adviser firms in London; therefore provide clients with a truly holistic wealth management service.
They are seeking dynamic individuals to join their existing team of 30 Mortgage and Protection Advisers and full team of 40 working out of their office in Hammersmith
If you are an experienced protection sales-person from either a brokerage or bancassurance background, with a proven track record of high volume and high value sales, then this is the role for you. You will have 6-7 top mortgage advisers, from an overall team of 20 advisers feeding in to you, with a view to you selling protection to their clients. Your team of 6-7 advisers will be generating circa 60-70 mortgages per month, for around £25-£30m worth of lending, creating a huge protection opportunity. The right adviser would be expected to sell 30-40 policies per month, with an average policy size of £80 per month, which will generate in excess of £15k per month for the selling adviser.
Working within a large open plan office you will be part of a highly successful and professional team who regularly meet socially engendering excellent team spirit.
Essential Requirements:
- Full CeMAP or equivalent
- Proven track record in a sales environment
