We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Response Supervisor to join our team based at Lambeth.

Within the role, you will supervise and manage the daily operation of a Day to Day repairs contract, domestic and commercial works for the local Housing Association through supervising a team of Operatives and Sub Contractors. Monitoring and controlling all day to day repairs, you will support the client whilst monitoring the progress and completion of works from the Operatives and Sub Contractors. Candidates for this position will manage the use of Operatives and Sub Contractors, ensuring that they comply with both Client and Company standards of work performance, customer service and procedures.

Acting as a leader/ focal point you will ensure detail sign off of completed properties alongside coordinating and allocating work to the term of Operatives/ Sub Contractors whilst liaising with Customer Service. The successful Response Supervisor will monitor and maintain KPI’s whilst holding weekly sign off meetings with the client. Undertaking any key H&S site inspections you will review and action any issues as required.

With knowledge of Day to Day repairs, you will have experience in measured term contracts and schedule of rates coupled with a Trade City & Guilds qualification. The successful Response Supervisor will hold experience of working in Social Housing alongside supervising Operatives and Sub Contractors. An effective communicator, you will hold a H&S qualification coupled with strong people management skills. Ideally you will have experience of working in partnership with a Local Authority Client, with management experience in a similar environment. A competent user of IT, you will possess a strong customer focus with the ability to solve problems and make decisions. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who puts the customer first with the ability to motivate and inspire others to succeed.
