Project Manager

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the Project Management function.

They are the UK’s leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke, premium, aluminium doors, windows and electronic roller blinds. Established in 2002, they have grown rapidly, and now have presences in the UAE as well as manufacturing facility in North America.

The Project Manager will manage specific Company projects including new product and component launches to deliver on time, on budget and to scope.

Key Responsibilities- Project Manager:

• Prepare and maintain schedules for activities taking account of dependencies and resource requirements
• Secure provision of resources required for a project from internal or third party providers
• Motivate team of people involved in the project
• Coordinate the activities required including internal and third parties
• Ensure projects are running on time and within budget
• Plan and control the finances of a project
• Ensure the project delivers on expected objectives
• Manage changes to the project objectives / scope, project schedule and costs and ensure the changes are properly verified and documented
• Measure project performance using the appropriate techniques
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Build strong relationships with all internal departments and third parties
• Collect and provide performance measures and analyse findings to identify areas for improvement
• Enhance the Project Management process

The ideal Project Manager will:

• Have excellent communication skills and be able to persuade and influence others
• Be able to confidently facilitate teams and meetings
• Be able to lead and manage the Project Management team
• Have sound IT skills with MS Office and ideally Project Management software
• Be accurate with meticulous attention to detail
• Have excellent organisation skills and able to manage own workload to meet deadlines

Additional Requirements:

• Previous experience in Project Management and Agile project methodology
• Previous experience of managing a team

Salary: £30,000 - £50,000, Depending on Experience
