The firm has modern offices and state of the art systems having just recently invested in technology. The team carry out a wide range of work primarily for owner managed businesses and the families of those owner managers. This involves both commercial, high end residential work and work that spills into other areas - including country issues and farming. You will be responsible with managing your own caseload of Commercial Property matters including leases, disposals, acquisitions, easements and other complex title issues along with some development related work and dealing with property related country matters including farm diversification. This is a very supportive team who will be on hand to assist where necessary. Salary is very much negotiable depending on your level of experience plus an exceptional benefits package .
