Central Bristol
??7.20 p/h, increasing to ??8.01 once qualified
Monday - Friday 12 - 8pm

Your main purpose for this role is to provide front-line support for Customer when they are reporting a problem or taking info to update their accounts.

All Advisors will be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer service and must be able to carry out all of the following duties when fully trained:

- Effectively handle inbound calls
- Ensure that calls are handled in adherence to campaign remit
- Successfully maintain call control
- Consistently achieve the relevant call handling quality, regulatory and technical criteria
- Complete Ad hoc data entry/administration tasks as and when required

You will ideally have call centre experience but equally if you have strong phone based experience this would also be good.
