This role is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to a key area of our ELT publishing business, training our customers and our sales teams in using and selling our online materials and platforms.

What are the responsibilities of the Development Editor?

In the first instance you will re-visit our existing Online Training modules with view to gathering user feedback and creating the next iteration of the modules. Following on from that you will be responsible for the creation of new modules for all forthcoming courses, ensuring our customers use our products to their full potential in order to allow their learners to make the most progress possible.

To do so you will be working with members of all functional groups in order to ensure you have the necessary product information and meet the needs of sales and marketing teams globally.

What skills do I need to have to become a Development Editor?

You will have a track record of producing online courses or materials aimed at teachers of English as a Foreign Language and/or related areas and will know one or more Learning Management System inside and out.

While you are a self-starter and be willing and able to work independently, you will also be happy working as a member of a collaborative team. You are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing and be confident in interactions with individuals across functional areas.
