Main Job purpose:
Administration duties – Keying orders, arranging collections and deliveries, completing any required export documentation and following procedures after collection. Working closely with and assisting the Customer Service Manager. Creation and design of templates for Email marketing.
Key skills and experience needed to become our Export Administrator:
- Keying orders and checking stock.
- Arranging for orders to be picked, collected/delivered and shipped.
- Completing export documentation- EUR1s, DGNs, SSNs, Customs Entry.
- Ensuring correct shipping documentation is issued and supplied e.g. Certificate of Free Sales, Certificate of Origins, legalized invoices, Bill of Lading.
- Administration of container loading, shipment and inspection paperwork, including Intetek inspections.
- Adhoc reports.
- Packing, preparing and shipping samples and documentation by courier.
- Ordering freight merchandise.
- Following up on Proof of Export documentation.
- Maintenance and administration of Offers System.
- Creating and sending of Sales offers in web based Offer System.
- Loading offers in internal Offer System.
- Management of intelligence from Web based Offer System
Experience/Competencies required:
- Strong administration background.
- Email marketing experience would be advantageous.
- Analysing skills.
- Outlook and CRM experience
- Positive can do attitude with the ability to self-motivate
- Ability to communicate at a variety of different levels
- Presentable and articulate nature.
Qualifications:
- Computer literacy to an intermediate level
- Educated to degree calibre.
- Strong administration background.
