Trainee Caravan Sales Person

LOCATION: Gomshall, Guildford
JOB TITLE: Trainee Caravan Sales Person
SALARY: Dependent on experience, basic salary plus uncapped commission, OTE GBP25,000+
WORKING HOURS: Full time, will involve weekend work on a rota system (2 weekends in, 1 weekend off) with a day off in the week.
THE COMPANY: Our client has over 40 year's experience and are the largest caravan retailer in the South of England. They have their own seven acre purpose built show ground in Gomshall, Guildford with over 200 new and used caravans and around 50 motor homes, all on permanent display.They are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Caravan Sales Person to join their team.
THE ROLE: The Trainee Caravan Sales Person position, based in Gomshall, Guildford, is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and confident individual to work in a fun and friendly environment where hard work is acknowledged and rewarded. You will be responsible for selling caravans and other accessories to customers on site.

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Trainee Caravan Sales Person will enjoy a varied workload and be confident dealing with customers face to face. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.

- Up selling accessories
- Administration
- Moving caravans on site manually and by vehicle
- Working towards sales targets
- Ensuring customer orders are complete and processed correctly
THE CANDIDATE: The ideal Trainee Caravan Sales Person will enjoy a varied workload and be confident dealing with customers face to face. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
Key experience essential for the Trainee Caravan Sales Person role:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Able to commute to Gomshall, Guildford
- Able to work weekends on a rota system of 2 weekends in, 1 weekend off
