Senior Sales AssistantBased in Hedge End, Southampton
Hourly Rate: £7.95 + Excellent Benefits
The UK's leading and best-known food-on-the-go retailer is currently looking to recruit enthusiastic Senior Sales Assistants at their Hedge End shop in Hampshire, 16 hours over 5 days flexible per week. The Role
Supporting management and as part of an outgoing team, you would play a key role in the smooth running of the Hedge End shop, ensuring that all customers receive great products and a friendly service at all times. Key responsibilities will include opening and closing, stock counting, cashing up, food preparation, keeping an eye on every detail that goes into the shop's efficient operation as well as ensuring that it is clean, hygienic and welcoming at all times.
The Candidate
Supervisors or team leaders with key-holder responsibility - ideally with food production or retail experience - would be ideal. You will need strong numeracy skills, basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to working hours. On a personal level, the company are looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers who can manage change, communicate with people from all walks of life and constantly focus on customers.
