Joining them as a Multi Skills Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering a proactive response to maintenance, reliability improvements and equipment breakdowns to their site, ensuring continuity of production as a priority, whilst delivering enhanced plant improvements. Carrying out maintenance activities you will make certain that the manufacturing team achieve 100% compliance to the production plan, through minimising engineering downtime, whilst providing support to the Team.

Candidates will have an electrical bias and will hold a formal Engineering qualification – HND Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum work base Level 3 (NVQ or equivalent). Time served you will have proven experience in the FMCG industry within a similar role with a good knowledge of Production line / Machines Process flow technology. Advanced skills in PLC, HMI Scada Controlled systems. Supporting a culture of continuous improvement, you will show commitment to personal and team development whilst demonstrating a positive and committed attitude.
