£130 - £168 per day
Temporary with potential to be permanent in new academic year, full time, starting April until Summer
Are you an experienced Year 5 teacher? Are you looking for a new school to join after Easter? Then we've got the perfect role for you.
The school is a fun and friendly primary school in the Aspley area of Nottingham. The school is accessible by public transport and has on site parking as well. As part of your role you will also be overseeing other year 5 teachers as Head of Year. Previous leadership experience is preferable but not essential. The staff are passionate about meeting all children's needs, ensuring their happiness and making the most of their individual talents.
The role is initially temporary but could become a permanent role for the right candidate.
The head and staff have a particular focus on developing a lifelong love of learning and the development of essential skills to give the best possible experience and education for the children.

Have you got the passion and drive to raise standards and contribute to taking the school forwards in its mission to constantly deliver a high-quality level of education? If so we ask that you have:
- QTS or NQT status
- Very strong English and Maths skills
- Full UK Driving Licence preferable but not essential
- Be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
Responsibilities:
- Stay up to date with changes and developments in the curriculum
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons that cater for the needs for all student ability ranges
- An enthusiastic approach to the continuous educational development of young children
- Working one-to-one or with small groups of pupils
