School Year Manager – Maternity Cover
This is an exciting opportunity to join the first All Ability Academy in Bucks. Currently there are approximately 950 pupils, including a vibrant Sixth Form, and the academy’s popularity means that the number is increasing each year. This post offers the chance to become involved in the running of a culturally diverse and forward-thinking school, rated Good by Ofsted in 2016.
You will support the Heads of Learning in delivering exceptional pastoral support, with an emphasis on disadvantaged students. This will be achieved through combinations of the following:
• Mentoring of Pupils
• Management of Pupil Progress and Assessment
• Management of Pupils’ Behaviour
• Management of Resources
• Management of External Liaison
• Co-ordination of Interventions
You will deal with a whole range of issues across the year groups, both administratively and pastorally. You will have the opportunity to be involved in activities and events, rewards and trips.
Experience of working within a school would be an advantage.

Commencing: June 2017
Salary: £20,957 – £22,652 per Annum, pro rata
