Recognised as the leading specialist in volume legal services, there are a number of exciting opportunities to join our client’s growing team on a full time, permanent basis delivering an excellent customer journey for customers through a bespoke, best-in class service.

They are now looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join them at their office in Leeds.

Within this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for the delivery of high-quality advice and support across the business, in strict compliance with legal and ethical standards to approx. 200 employees.
  • Provide support to the Management team by taking minutes in HR meetings.
  • Provide advisory services to management in line with Disciplinaries, Grievances, Performance and Sickness Absence.
  • Building reports on employment absence and feeding back to Department Management and HR Manager.
  • Provide advisory services to employees in line with requirements
  • Conduct reviews on policies and procedures and ensure in line with current practices.
  • Producing reports and updating HR Manager on outcomes of hearings, investigations and outcomes.
  • Advise the business on Health & Safety matters and conduct regular reviews on Display Screen Equipment checks.

They are looking for individuals who:

  • Achieved a CIPD Level 5 Qualification or equivalent
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Be able to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
  • Have a professional and positive attitude.
  • Contributes to a team working environment within own team and in support of other departments.
  • Demonstrates an awareness of the professional standard required when working within a regulated law firm and the importance of delivering a quality service to our client.
