New Business Account Manager – Fire & Security Solutions 
Birmingham, West Midlands (office/field based, with travel throughout the Midlands) 
£35,000 - £45,000 Plus Bonus

As a New Business Account Manager, you will maximise sales of our client’s fire and security solutions throughout the Midlands. 

Identifying commercial opportunities, you will create a new business pipeline and passionately promote the benefits of solutions to prospective customers. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Managing partner relationships 
- Identifying and analysing customers’ requirements 
- Working with the Bid Team to create tailored solutions for customers 
- Applying best practice to managing your pipeline 
- Providing quotes and preparing contracts 
- Creating accurate reports 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- A proven track record in fire and security sales 
- Proven sustained success in achieving £500K+ sales per annum against targets 
- Experience of working with a large channel partner 
- Demonstrable success of qualifying and negotiating long-term contracts 
- Skills in prospecting new business via the telephone 
- The willingness to travel to visit key partners 

As the New Business Account Manager, you’ll be a passionate team player who is comfortable with qualifying, presenting and closing new business deals. Determined and results-driven, you will also be a confident communicator who loves the buzz of exceeding your goals. 

Experience in the care sector would be beneficial, as would knowledge of nurse call and staff attack systems. Previous experience of working with public sector customers and large multi-site organisations would also be advantageous.
