Regional Sales Manager - Residential (New Build Developments / Homes) in Kent, South East.

Are you interested in joining a rapidly expanding house builder who are offering training & development, along with future opportunities to progress your career? A Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Negotiator is sought to join this medium / large sized home builder as a Regional Sales Manager.

This is a family run company who have recently bought a lot of new plots and are renowned for quality of workmanship. This is an employer who firmly believes in investing in their employees, and will support you with any additional training needs and courses.

They are now seeking a Regional Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator to support the Sales Director with completing sales of new plots and units. You'll be flexible and willing to travel as this is a home based position travelling to Kent (majority of work), Essex, Surrey & Sussex.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
-Maintaining and increasing sale rates on your developments to reach the targets and goals set for your area (setting own sales targets for individual sales advisors and your team as a whole)
-Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base by increasing business opportunities through various routes of marketing
-Servicing the needs of your existing customers to improve efficiency and to increase customer satisfaction scores to 90%>
-Recruiting and training sales advisors using induction program and ongoing training material through span of role.
-Developing sales strategies and launching new developments on time with full sets of information and marketing products/tools.
-Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets, allocating the right staff to each area to ensure success of performance
-Cross selling additional furniture and accessories


The ideal Regional Sales Manager candidate will possess the following:
-A background as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator with experience managing or coaching sales teams
-Experience of selling new build developments / homes or similar
-Setting KPIs
-Experience travelling to multiple sites is desirable
