Care Home Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for you to be part of the Keychange Charity leadership team. By developing a culture-change programme based on the respect and dignity of the 20 older people living at Alexander House, you will create a centre of excellence for person-centred care.

The successful applicant for the position of registered manager must be empathetic to the charity’s Christian ethos and conversant with current legislation, committed to best practice and experienced in leading a team focused on the needs of the people living at the home.

Care Home Manager - You will have:

• Experience of instilling a culture of care and continuous improvement at a
management level.
• Passion for person-centred care.
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care, equivalent or working towards.
• A commitment to your own professional development and that of your team.

Salary: £35,000 + Performance Related Bonus
