A well established and reputable design and build housing developer are currently looking for a Senior Design Manager to join their head office in Southend-on-Sea. You will be expected to manage up to 5 projects at one time working alongside both external consultancies as well as their in-house architectural team.
Ideal skills and experience:
· Design experience.
· Strong residential background.
· Able to deliver on multiple projects up to £15million
· A proven track record managing all aspects of residential design development through the pre planning to completion.
· Attend design meetings with client to firm up design management strategies.
· Manage design change and design notification instructions whist design is incomplete and prior to hand over to Construction Teams.
· Previous titles Design Engineer OR Design Manager
