Currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator on behalf of our client, well-established family run business, based in Northamptoshire.
Salary:£20K-22K
Location: Northamptonshire
Key purpose of the role:
Coordinate a customer support service to assigned clients dealing with their requests, queries and complaints, ensuring an informed and proactive professional service at all times.
Key duties:
- Provide information on Company policies, procedures, products and make recommendations and offer resolutions based upon client requirements and Company policies.
- Liaise with the Accounts Department and Order Processors to ensure payment is received particulary for pro-forma orders, where payment is required before receives order.
- Deal with customer return procedure on a daily basis from point of receipt to satisfactory conclusion.
- Deal with customer/clients complaints professionaly, following company policies and procedures
- Conduct feasibility checks on all incoming orders to ensure they can be processed and that no important information is missing or any errors and rectify where necessary.
- Liasing with a senior managment and other Departments on daily basis regarding any client queries
- This is not an exhaustive list and will be subject to any other duties or responsibilities as required by the demands of the business and appropriate to the grade and level of this role
Skills/qualifications:
- Must be experienced in customer complaints handling
- GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Very good attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills-MS Office
- Professional telephone manner
- To be versatile and muli-tasking
