Finance Junior / Office Administrator - £15,000 – 18,000
We are looking for a hard working individual to join our small busy office team in Bristol (BS5). The successful candidate will learn financial processes to help cover the Financial Controller whilst he is on holiday. However on a daily basis regular duties will be accounts admin - as well as general office admin.
The role involves using numerous software packages and as such IT literacy is essential, as is a confident telephone manner.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Posting supplier invoices, creating sales invoices, processing customer returns/credits – all on our back office system Prima Software
• Using Sage 50 Accounts and XERO to do bank reconciliations, process sales orders, send invoices etc
• Assist with debtor chasing
• Learn how to use Link 50 stock management so stocktakes can be completed even when the FC is not in
• Answer incoming calls from customers and take their orders / take messages for the sales team when phones are busy
• Other administrative duties as required
