Job Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced National Development Executive to join their Commercial National Sales team in the UK. You will contribute to the company's drive for a substantial share of the UK market for Commercial National contracts.

Generate strong new business pipeline within our commercial national accounts business. Prepare proposals and tender documents. Deliver presentations of proposal to clients.

Your principle responsibilities will be to:

  • Contribute to the company's drive for a substantial share of the UK commercial services market by securing profitable new business contracts with major UK prospects.
  • Generate a strong new business pipeline within our commercial national accounts business.
  • Position the company as the provider of choice for Resource/Waste Management services with key national targets by creating differentiated and competitive value propositions
  • Prepare proposals and tender documents for new business sales opportunities
  • Deliver presentations of proposal to clients and manage the sales process to conclusion.
  • Proactively network and build relationships with external groups within key national account growth markets

The Candidate:

About your knowledge, skills and experience

  • Previous experience in recycling / waste management sales development with a consistent and proven track record (ideally experience in the National Sales market)
  • Resource/waste management knowledge and experience is essential
  • Experience of leading the tender process within major contract opportunities is desirable
  • Successful record of consistently exceeding sales targets
