Job Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join their National Accounts team in the East of the UK.

You will be based at the premises of a National hospitality account to offer full support on the day to day running of the account working autonomously when required.

Your principle responsibilities will be to:

• Monthly MI Generation
• End of year reporting
• Invoice checking
• Daily ownership of national account contamination log and communicate with customers
• Point of escalation for minor service issues
• Site by site service log management
• Monthly service Schedule review
• Research, design, deliver and monitor waste/cost reduction projects
• First line contact with the customer in the Account Managers absence

The Candidate:

About your Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications;

• Good Customer Service Background
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (Pivot and Vlookup functions)
• Project Management experience is desirable
• Experience in the waste industry or a similar service industry is desirable
