This is an opportunity to join one of the North West's Leading Digital Marketing Agencies.
The agency offers the applicant a great starting salary and are about to launch their 2nd office, a renovated barn set in 15 acres of Cheshire farm land - makes for the perfect setting to work.
They are a Digital Marketing Agency and they are looking for a full time or part-time responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner.
You will work on a variety of tasks related to the Managing Directors working life and client communication.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the MD and clients
- Screen and manage calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage the MD's diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by phone
- Email management and prioritisation
- Marketing tasks
- Admin duties
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or similar
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
