Job Title: Individual Giving Officer Location: Camerton, Bath, BA2 Salary: ??21,598 - ??23,998 Position: Full-Time Closing Date: Monday 6th March 2017 The Society wants a brighter future for people affected by osteoporosis and fragility fractures. The Society is the only UK-wide charity dedicated to ending the pain and suffering caused by osteoporosis. Job Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the fundraising team as an Individual Giving Officer. This position will support the Supporter Development Manager in planning and Implementing campaigns to maximise income from new and existing supporters. Key Responsibilities: You'll be involved in delivering fundraising campaigns across online and offline channels, including direct mail, raffles and email appeals, as well as identifying opportunities to engage supporters through the website and social media.You'll also manage events and activities designed to inspire people to leave a gift to the charity in their Will.As a key member of the supporter development team, you'll also be contributing to the long-term engagement of supporters by helping to ensure that they receive the highest levels of stewardship and care and understand the importance and impact of their support. The Candidate: The company is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines.You'll be a great communicator, with the ability to develop compelling content for different audiences and with a strong eye for detail.You'll also have a head for figures and be able to contribute to campaign measurement and evaluation.Experience in a marketing, sales or fundraising role would be an advantage.
