A highly-regarded property developer based in Milton Keynes is currently looking to hire an experienced Residential Conveyancer as a senior hire for their office.
The successful applicant will carry their own caseload of sale and purchase files whilst working closely with the owner and CEO of the company.
You will be joining a very modern, forward-thinking organisation with excellent routes to progress in the future. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to work as part of a thriving residential property department dealing with a high-quality caseload of files. You will be responsible for your team's performance and ensuring that their targets are met.

- Experience of supervising junior members of staff would be advantageous
