An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small team, building and supporting a web portal for schools.
You will be working with their back end developer, multimedia producer and contractors on a new web site launching in September. Further web apps and games and ultimately video-conferencing will be added after launch.
They are looking for a good communicator with a serious aptitude for coding. Aptitude is more important than experience as training will be available. This post is open to both trainees and more experienced developers, salary will depend on experience.
You should be able to show them clear evidence of coding ability.
For more experienced developers an online portfolio is essential.
They can provide a relaxed and flexible working environment on the University of Kent campus, salary in the range 25,000 to 35,000 per annum and support with training or further study.
Essential skills: Javascript, HTML5, CSS3
Bonus skills, any of: Knockout, Angular, LESS, SCSS , PHP, Git
This is a full time, permanent post but it is not suitable for working at a distance. Enhanced DBS check will be required.
