Heating Surveyor / Heating Engineer / Gas Engineer

Job Title: Heating Surveyor

Location: Inverness, Bathgate as Head Office

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 (DOE)

The company is looking for qualified Heating Surveyors to survey private and rented domestic properties for replacement boilers and full heating systems.

The aspect of the job is generating drawings of floor plans and pipe routes for the Architectural Technicians, who then use a CAD software program to create the final plan.

The role also includes calculating heat loss for properties and completing and submitting survey paperwork to our administration team in given timescales.

You will be required to liaise with clients when working in their properties and are expected to conduct yourself in accordance with the company's Code of Conduct.

Skills and Abilities:

• Gas Safe / Gas Engineering Qualifications - ACS qualifications and Gas Safe registered
• NICEIC in Hot Water Systems
• OFTEC registered or NICEIC Oil Qualification (desirable not essential)
• Customer service / sales experience to develop the business and build strong relationships
• IT skills
• Flexibility around working hours
• Full, clean UK Driving License
