The role would expect you to be able to work on your own, develop support plans and support people to gain independence skills such as managing their tenancy, budgeting and health issues. Support staff should be flexible and be available across the day, evenings and possibly overnight providing individualised support depending on tenants needs. If you enjoy a challenge, are highly motivated with good communication skills and committed to social inclusion for all, this may be the rewarding role you are seeking.
