The Company:

Main Duties:
To provide technical support to end users – Multinational to Educational institutions

The Role:
- To work tickets via a web-based ticketing system over the phone and live chat
- To monitor support tickets and exercise individual judgement based on severity
- To sort and allocate tickets accordingly
- To provide troubleshooting experience to end users
- To manage ticket escalation and work closely with engineering and development team to ensure tracking bug resolution
- To write and maintain product documentation and support materials
- To monitor progress of tickets and update customers
- To positively represent the company and develop customer interactions

The Candidate:
- Fluent in French and English (Spoken and Written)
- A degree in computer science or MIS IS ESSENTIAL
- Knowledge in Windows/MAC OS/ browser troubleshooting
- Confident, proactive & dynamic
- Quick thinking & True problem solver with a logical approach
- A strong team player, keen to learn cutting edge technologies
- Excellent and professional communication skills

Salary: Up to £32,200 (Salary up to £28K basic + potential 15% variable commission) + Pension
