An opportunity as arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join our team based in Lambeth.

Leading the daily operation of external and remedial internal works programme, you will have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction coupled with the responsibility of Health and Safety on site. The Senior Site Manager will control and manage the internal & external programmes including, specification, scope of works, the commercial team and client liaison. Candidates for this position will effectively lead and manage directly employed staff such as subcontractors and consultants.

The successful Senior Site Manager will guarantee that the Project and programme target dates are maintained whilst monitoring/controlling work flows. Mentoring the Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and trainees, you will play a vital role in assisting the Project Manager to achieve all their objectives and client KPI’s alongside maintaining a customer focus ethos throughout all the team.

With previous experience in management of site delivery teams and decent homes projects, you will hold extensive practical experience, preferably within refurbishment programmes. Candidates for this position will hold current up to date knowledge of social housing and health and safety legislation coupled with knowledge of the operation and management of contracts. The successful Senior Site Manager will have management experience of both operative and staff coupled with a strong customer focus. A proficient user of IT, you will hold knowledge of asset management strategy, working closely with clients and peers. Ideally you will have experience of working in conjunction with a Local Authority Client coupled with appropriate trade skills. With previous experience of financial and budgetary control, you will possess knowledge of financial management techniques. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who has a clear customer focus with the ability to succeed in our dynamic team.
