Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: starting from £21,000 plus overtime and Company benefits

Job Type: Permanent, Full Time position based on a 45 hour week, additional hours calculated at overtime rates.

They have evolved into one of the UK's leading event production agencies with a large, experienced team and a solid reputation for producing world-class events, and supplying top of the range audio-visual equipment for hire.

They are currently looking to recruit for an enthusiastic experienced Live Events Production Technician to join their busy Team in Edinburgh.

Main Duties Include:

• Equipment and job preparation
• Liaise with Project Managers, giving technical advice and support, to ensure all pre-event jobs are completed.
• Assisting with looking out, loading equipment onto vehicles and transporting to venues.
• Rig/de-rig and operate equipment for all events, large and small
• Liaising with clients to ensure expectations are met

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be willing to work out of hours as the job requires, which may include weekends. Good working knowledge and understanding of event production including audio, lighting, multimedia projection and rigging equipment. A full UK driving licence is essential.
