Our Sales Operations team based in Birmingham are responsible for the systems and processes required for the accurate payment of commission to our Western European sales force. Due to an exciting period of growth there is an opportunity for a Commissions Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
If successful your role will be a 50/50 split of supporting the business in the implementation and maintenance of the commission administration process and proactively developing, improving and administering all systems and tools in conjunction with the IT team.
To be considered for this role you will possess the following attributes:
• Relevant Sales Operations or Commission Analysis experience.
• Ability to write SQL and Transact-SQL.
• Proficient in the use of Salesforce, SQL Server, Xactly, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Skilled communicator able to adapt communication style to wide-variety of corporate and management audiences.
