A brand new role has been created at a leading insurer for a Conduct Risk Manager due to considerable internal and external growth. This is the chance to join a market leader in managing their Conduct Risk appetite. With considerable exposure to the wider business and third party relationships you will offer independent Conduct Risk advice and guidance whilst providing significant 2nd line challenge and management.
You will also be responsible for the following:
* Manage the delivery of Conduct Risk advice and guidance on new projects, propositions and products ensuring that fair customer outcomes is adhered to at all times
* Support in the design and implementation of a conduct Risk framework that has a proactive and practical approach to risk mitigation. This includes horizon scanning and regulatory reporting
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with Group functions and the CRO teams.
