Our company are currently supporting a General Insurer in Hampshire for a Compliance Monitoring Manager. The role is based within the UK Regulatory Compliance Monitoring Team and the role holder will be responsible to assist the Head of Monitoring in fulfilling all regulatory compliance requirements are appropriately monitored and reported.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Planning and leading a variety of thematic reviews and risk based reviews. This will be in relation to the internal controls and Compliance Monitoring plan.
* Undertake physical and desk based reviews and analysis all M.I relating to the banks processes.
* Test all internal processes against the regulators (FCA & PRA) expectations as well as group policies, whilst assessing impacts and reporting issues to senior management
To be considered for this opportunity you must have General Insurance experience, ideally personal lines but life experience will be considered.
